David and Elizabeth Milhan
Community volunteerism is a key factor in the success of St. Tammany Parish, and nowhere did that community volunteerism shine brighter than with David and Elizabeth Milhan. They were quite active in a variety of community involvements the moment they arrived in St. Tammany Parish with their new home in Tchefuncta Country Club.
