Several years ago longtime newspaper sports reporter Paul Salvant was honored by area athletic coaches for his many years of sports reporting for the St. Tammany Farmer newspaper. He was given a plaque and posed for a picture with many of the coaches he had worked with over the previous 30 years.
The event took place at Benedict's Plantation Restaurant in Mandeville. Click on the images to see a larger version.
