In the year 1895, some one hundred and twenty five years ago, these were the people paying taxes on properties in the Ward Two (Folsom area).
Found in the Bertha Neff collection, the typewritten list of homesteads is not official and may not be complete, but according to Mrs. Neff's research, these were the people living and/or owning property in Ward Two as copied from the tax records at the St. Tammany Parish Courthouse in Covington.
