Each year the St. Tammany Parish Fair Association published a premium booklet, listing the various categories of competition in horticulture, livestock and other agricultural interests. The booklet pictured below, printed ninety-six years ago in 1927, contained dozens of advertisements from many St. Tammany businesses and services, plus a few New Orleans concerns as well.
