Schoen Middle School Ribbon Cutting

On January 19, 1985 the ribbon is cut for the grand opening of the DePaul Northshore Hospital. From left to right are Mayor Ernest Cooper of Covington, Mayor Paul Spitzfaden of Mandeville, Rae G.
