Covington Tranquil Scene

This is what the lawn next to the Covington Police Department building (the old city hall) looks like during the week: quiet, pristine, tranquil. 

Then on Saturday morning comes the Farmer's Market: bustling, talkative, musical and productive.

 

 The next day, Sunday, it's back to....

 

A Covington farmer's market was also popular in 1918, a hundred years ago, and prices were good.
