Bessie Ezell Chronicles Life In St. Tammany

This is an article I wrote in 1976 about one of the dedicated weekly correspondents who faithfully recorded her community's news for the St. Tammany Farmer newspaper for many years. Even when she was losing her eyesight, she did everything she could to keep on writing. Her story and the story of her family is one of perseverance and hard work.
