Fontainebleau Park Beach
Years ago, before all the health clubs and country clubs and municipal swimming pools, folks use to head for the beach at Fontainebleau State Park to cool off on a hot summer day. There were picnic shelters for the occasional family reunion, and enough moss-draped oak trees for climbing to satisfy any city kid.
