In September of 1989, Chef Pat Gallagher served as judge of the fourth annual St. John's Catholic Church recipe competition. He is shown in these pictures with Patricia Schwarz, a real estate broker at the time, who coordinated the event in Folsom. Gallagher was chef at the Winner's Circle restaurant at the time. Gallagher went on to open several more restaurants across the parish, and Patricia Schwarz Core went on to serve as St. Tammany Parish Assessor for 20 years.
