Sometimes we take for granted the neighborhood restaurants that our families enjoy visiting from time to time to not only eat, but also talk with each other, our friends, even total strangers sitting at the next table. Such a place is Liz's Where Y'at Diner in Mandeville. It recently went through a tragic fire, then rebounded. Here's a video.
