The Downtown Covington Butterfly Garden, donated and maintained by the Clearwater Sanctuary, is located on a triangle of land between the old train depot and the Justice Center parking lot.

It's a small place, lined with rocks, centrally-located, but easy to overlook. The butterflies know where it is.
