Court Activity Increases in 1970's

For years, St. Tammany Parish had only one courtroom. Then, in the 1970's, courtroom activity increased and more than one courtroom was needed to keep up with the demands on the docket. Here's an article from 1973 with some court statistics for the 22nd Judicial District, of which St. Tammany is a part.
