Found in the Bertha Neff collection, here is a typewritten list of homesteads in the Folsom area (Ward 2) from 1859 to 1907. The information is not official and may not be complete, but according to Mrs. Neff's research, these were
the people living and/or owning property in Ward Two as copied from the tax
records at the St. Tammany Parish Courthouse in Covington.
