Luminaries

About once a year, Covington residents turn out in force to put a little sand in a couple thousand white paper bags, place them along the streets and roadways, then put candles inside the bags and light them. It's a holiday season tradition that lights the way for all those Christmas light sightseerers. Here are some photos.
