Children At Play

The following is a newspaper clipping (date unknown) about a Covington resident's memories of how neighborhood children used to put on "plays." It recalls the days before many of the technological distractions that children face today meant you had to make your own entertainment with a little help from your friends. That also meant that sometimes adults had to come to the rescue to help put the fires out.
