Clerk of Court Good-Bye Party

This photograph was identified as the Lucy Rausch Parker "good-bye" party. Her mother Lucy Reid Rausch was Clerk of Court for St. Tammany Parish between 1976 and 1995. She is on the front row, second from the right, with Parish Archivist Bertha Neff on the right of the front row. I think the picture was taken in the early 1980's.
