Lee Road Junior High School at Barker's Corner celebrated its 75th anniversary with a special program this morning, with dozens of special guests in attendance as well as scores of former students and community friends. The hallways of the school were lined with bulletin boards displaying photographs from the past 75 years, divided up by decades.
Renee Strickland, as anniversary celebration chairperson, welcomed those present, and Superintendent of Schools Trey Folse spoke briefly about the school and its supportive community. Click on the images below to see a larger sized version.
